Know what happens before you offer
Each campaign is controlled by the agent, but the steps are designed to make buyer preparation and participation easier to follow.
Find the property
Open the campaign link or browse available campaigns in your country once you have an account.
Create your account
Register as a buyer, confirm your email address and keep your contact details ready for the agent.
Upload ID
Submit identity documents so the agent can review your registration before approving offer access.
Register interest
Ask to participate in the campaign and wait for agent approval before the offer form unlocks.
Review documents and terms
Read the campaign information, documents, announcements and offer-process terms before submitting.
Make or revise your offer
Submit your price and conditions during the timed offer period, then revise if the campaign allows it.
Get ready before the timer matters
Buyer access can depend on email confirmation, ID review and agent approval. Starting early gives you time to prepare without rushing when the campaign is already live.
- Confirm your email after creating your account
- Upload ID once, then return to the property you were viewing
- Register interest so the agent can approve your access
- Request documents or read campaign updates when they are available

Campaigns can ask for the details an agent and vendor need to assess an offer, including deposit, finance, settlement timing and other conditions.
- See the campaign timing and offer mode before participating
- Add price, deposit, finance and settlement details
- Accept the campaign terms before lodging an offer
- Receive campaign announcements from the agent when updates are posted

Buyer questions
Is this an auction?
No. Openr supports timed private-treaty offer campaigns. Offers are submitted through the platform and the contract process remains separate.
Can I offer immediately after registering?
Usually you need to confirm your email, upload ID, register interest and be approved by the agent before the offer form is available.
Can other buyers see my details?
No. Buyer identity and offer details are handled through role-based access. Campaign mode controls whether current offer amounts or only ranking information is shown.
What happens after the offer period?
The agent and vendor review the offers. Any contract or acceptance process happens separately from the platform.
Create your buyer account before the campaign closes.
Confirm your email, upload ID and register interest early so the agent has time to review your access.
