Billing & Refunds Policy
This Billing & Refunds Policy explains how charges work on the Openr platform (the Platform), operated by SyncCube Technology Pty Ltd (ABN/ACN [ABN/ACN]). It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.
1. What you pay for
Buyers and sellers can use the Platform's core offer and viewing features without charge. Agents pay a fee to run a campaign. Each paid campaign is charged per campaign, at the price shown at checkout for your billing country.

The price applied to your account is determined by your billing country and the pricing in effect at the time of purchase. The price shown to you at checkout is the price that applies to that transaction.
2. Currency and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency for your billing country (for example, Australian dollars for Australian customers and US dollars for US customers). Unless stated otherwise at checkout, prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes such as GST where required; where taxes are added, they will be shown before you confirm payment. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you that we are not required to collect.
3. How and when you are charged
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store full card numbers. By submitting a payment you authorise us (through our processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown at checkout. You are charged at the time you purchase a campaign or credit, unless a different arrangement is shown at checkout.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Because a campaign is a digital service that we begin making available to you immediately, fees are generally non-refundable once a campaign has been started or used. However, we want billing to be fair:
- If you are charged in error, or a campaign you paid for could not be started due to a technical fault on our side, contact us and we will refund or credit the affected amount.
- If you purchased a campaign but have not yet started it, you may request a refund or credit; we will consider reasonable requests in good faith.
- We do not provide refunds for a campaign's outcome — for example, if no offers are received, or if the seller chooses not to proceed with a sale. The fee pays for running the campaign, not for any particular result.
Nothing in this Policy limits any guarantee, right or remedy you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. If a service we supply is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under that law regardless of this Policy.
5. Requesting a refund
To request a refund or raise a billing question, email hello@useopenr.com from the email address on your account, with your campaign details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, and the time to appear depends on your payment provider.
6. Failed payments and chargebacks
If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or cancel the associated campaign or features until the amount owing is resolved. If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve it quickly.
7. Price changes
We may change our pricing from time to time. Price changes do not affect campaigns you have already paid for. The current price is always the one shown at checkout for your billing country.
