Is this an auction?
No. Openr supports timed private-treaty offer campaigns. Buyers submit offers during a defined period, the vendor reviews the outcome, and contracts are handled separately through the normal signed-document process.
Can buyers see each other's offers?
It depends on the campaign mode. Standard transparent campaigns can show the current offer amount. Sealed/ranked private campaigns show buyers their own position, not competitors' offer amounts.
How are buyers verified?
Buyers confirm their email address and upload identity documents. The agent reviews and approves each registration before that buyer can submit an offer.
Who controls document and feedback visibility?
The agent controls which documents are requestable, which feedback can be shared with the vendor, and which buyers receive campaign announcements.
How does agent billing work?
Your first campaign is free. After that, you can pay only for the campaigns you publish or choose an optional monthly subscription for unlimited campaign publishing. Subscriptions are managed from your Account page through Stripe, and campaigns already published remain unaffected if the subscription later ends.
What happens if someone forgets their password?
Secure account recovery is available through reset-password links with short-lived, single-use tokens.
